
I think couscous is the easiest to cook, no prior soaking required. A dash of olive and hot boiling water and after 10 minutes, it's all fluffy and yummeh to eat with basically anything. Dean loves his cous with fish and also chicken.
The steamed chix vege basically is a lazy mom recipe.
You can throw in any type of vegetable, Dean's was - pumpkin, carrot, tomato, celery, broccoli with onion and garlic. And I placed a bit of Lurpaks unsealed butter just because I love the aroma. Don't forget the minced chicken breast.
Leave to stim for 10 minutes. Served warm. Yums!
